Managers and coaches play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful and enjoyable football environment.

Managers and coaches should

• Act as positive role models at all times
• Promote fair play, respect and inclusion
• Put the welfare of players first
• Communicate clearly and professionally with players, parents and schools
• Follow safeguarding, conduct and competition requirements

Expected Standards

Managers and coaches are expected to uphold the values of Sussex Schools Football Association and represent the organisation appropriately both on and off the pitch.
