Sussex Schools Football Association aims to deal with feedback in a clear, respectful and constructive manner.

Purpose

Feedback can help improve the experience of schools, players, parents, coaches and volunteers across Sussex schools football.

How Feedback Should Be Made

• Feedback should be submitted respectfully and clearly
• Relevant details should be included wherever possible
• Feedback should be directed through the appropriate SSFA contact route

Response

SSFA will aim to review feedback in a reasonable timeframe, although response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the time of season.
