Under 12 Girls' Manager
The Under 12 Girls' Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of Sussex Schools FA Under 12 Girls' representative team activities and matchday operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage player selection and squad administration
- Organise trials and player identification
- Manage fixtures and matchday operations
- Communicate with players, parents, schools, and staff
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained
- Oversee coaching staff and support staff connected to the Under 12 Girls programme
- Report directly to the Representative Team Development Lead on squad development, fixtures, and team operations
