Sussex Schools Football Association is committed to providing a fair, transparent and inclusive trials and selection process.

Our Approach

• Selections are based on player ability, attitude, potential and suitability for the team
• Players are assessed as fairly and consistently as possible
• Selection decisions are made in the best interests of the squad and competition requirements

Important Notes

Not all players attending trials will be selected. Selection decisions are final unless there is a clear procedural concern to raise through the appropriate route.
